How To Order
Welcome to Exclusive Games How To Order page. Exclusive Games operates as an online only store and as such all orders are required to be made through this website. Please read through the instructions and if you need any assistance or have any questions you can try our F.A.Q.’s here. If you can’t find the help you require there you may alternatively contact us.
Setting up an Exclusive Account:
Before you can complete your order you will be required to set up your Exclusive Account with a login and password unique to you. If you haven’t already done so you can do that here or by clicking on the Register icon.
Follow the simple instructions that will take you through it, ensuring you enter your correct delivery address and details. Once complete you will be sent an email with a link to activate your account. Click on the link and you’ll be ready to go.
Placing an Order:
To find the product you want you can either do so by browsing the website or using the search facility.
Once you have located the desired product, simply put in the quantity you would like and click on “add to shopping cart”
Our pricing includes GST but excludes freight. Freight will be automatically calculated and added once the order has been confirmed but prior to payment. For more information on freight charges click here.
From here simply follow the prompts through entering your details if you haven’t already done so, and clicking on “continue”.
Paying by Direct Deposit:
Once you get to the order confirmation page, select “Direct Deposit or Cheque” as your payment method, then click on confirm and wait for your order to process. A tax invoice will be automatically created Our bank details will be on the invoice and an option for you to print out the invoice for your records will also be available. The invoice will also be sent to your email address as well as our bank details for payment.
Once your deposit has appeared in our accounts or your cheque has cleared your goods will be shipped to you.
Paying by Credit Card:
Once you get to the order confirmation page, select “Credit Card” as your payment method, Then click on confirm and wait for your order to process. You will be directed to the ANZ payment gateway, where you can select either Visa or Mastercard.
Once you have entered your details and clicked “process” you will automatically be redirected back to Exclusive Games where a tax invoice will be displayed with the option for you to print out for your records.
Delivery:
Your order should arrive within 1-3 days from the time of shipping. We will send you an email confirming your payment and another email confirming that your goods have been shipped.
ANZ eGate™ is an online payment gateway, hosted by EFTPOS New Zealand Ltd. You will be directed to a secure page hosted by ANZ eGate™ for payment. Credit card details will be entered directly into a secure ANZ eGate™ payment page. Exclusive Games will not save, nor will we be advised of your credit card details, only advice of your payment.
