Don't install Skyrim yet

Bethesda have released one of the biggest games it has made yet yesterday in Skyrim. However, unfortunately every game they have released recently have been plagued with bugs on release and Skyrim is no exception. There are graphical bugs and Bethesda have recommended not installing Skyrim on your Xbox yet. There have also been issues with AI (particularly the dragons) and other bugs so if you have it then just wait for the first of what could be several patches to make this game the one you have been waiting for.
