Exclusive Account FAQ

Do I need to be in New Zealand to have an account?
Yes you do. Currently we do not ship overseas.

Do I need to have an account to make a purchase?
Yes you do. An account allows for a record of your order, as well as making future ordering easier and allows us to keep in contact with you.

Can I check my current and past orders?
Yes. All you need to do is login to your Exclusive Account to be able to view your past orders.

Forgotten your Exclusive Account password?
Just click here and enter your account email address and we will email you with the instructions for your password.

How private are my Exclusive Account details?
We at Exclusive Games value your privacy and promise not to divulge any personal information including email or personal addresses to any third party. You can check our privacy policy here.

Payment FAQ

What payment options do you have?
You can pay by Direct Deposit or by Credit Card (currently Visa or Mastercard only).

Is paying by credit card secure and safe?
Yes it is. We use the ANZ eGate system which encrypts all transactions. If there is any fraudulent use of your credit card you should not have to pay for it.

Where is my invoice?
Your invoice is electronically generated and is emailed to the email address on your account details. It is good to make sure it is correct if you ever change it. Make sure you keep a copy of your invoice, you can print it out.

Product and shipping FAQ

What happens if a product is out of stock?
You will see an email link on the page. Simply send us an email and we will let you know when that product is going to be in stock and if you would like to pre-order it.

Why have I been advised that an item is out of stock after when it is in stock on the website?
We do our best to maintain accurate stock levels however stock levels are updated daily but are never in real time.

Do you ship overseas?
At this stage no. We only deal with customers in New Zealand.

How about PO Boxes?
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.

How soon can I expect my order?
We normally ship within 1 working day of receiving payment, plus normal courier times which could be a day or 2 depending on where you live.

How much are shipping costs?
It depends on what you order and how much you order:
Games are $5 anywhere in NZ.
Hardware is $5 to Auckland, $7 to anywhere else in the North Island, and $9 to the South Island.
There is no extra cost for additional items per order, however, additional orders will incur seperate delivery costs.
